Terms of Service

By purchasing a remote OpenClaw installation session from Ansh Kohli (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide live, remote setup sessions for OpenClaw on laptops, AWS, or Google Cloud. The Basic package includes a 1.5 hour session. The Advanced package includes a 3 hour session.

2. Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled through our booking calendar after Stripe payment is confirmed. You are responsible for selecting an available time.

3. Client Responsibilities

You must provide access to the target environment and ensure you have the right to install and configure software. You are responsible for any cloud costs incurred.

4. Refunds

Refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Missed or late sessions are non-refundable.

5. Limitations

We are not responsible for third-party outages, cloud provider restrictions, or pre-existing system issues. Our services are provided “as is”.
